Why we started: a $10,000 Cayenne headlight quote
In 2022 the passenger headlight on our Cayenne S started flickering. The next day only the center light worked. The dealer quoted $4,000 per headlight and $10,000 to replace both of our Matrix LED headlights.
We soon learned we weren't alone. Many 958.2 Cayenne owners have the same problem: moisture gets into the headlight through aging seals and kills the LEDs. Replacement prices were just as high, and every option needed dealer coding.
So we fixed it ourselves. Today we design Cayenne 958.2 parts, 958.1 LED headlights, and V6 engine fixes for the Macan and Panamera.

We swapped the control module and control unit, visited independent Porsche mechanics, and bought a remanufactured headlight that didn't fit the car.

We now make headlights for the 958.1 and 958.2 Cayenne, plus a coolant vent line reroute kit and PCV diaphragm for V6 Porsches. Every part runs on our own car first.
